• shipping within the U.S. will be via fedex ground at the rate of $10.00
• we cannot ship to P.O. boxes
• we will ship signature required only if specified
• in most cases your order will ship within 5 business days…
• if the item is out of stock and requires production, your order may take up to approximately 4 weeks and we will e mail you with that information.

return policy

We will accept returns for full refund within 14 days of delivery provided that:

•  item is in its new and original condition
•  item is securely packed and cushioned in its original packaging
•  package is shipped via a traceable method … please be sure to keep  the tracking #

repair policy

We will repair any damaged items within 60 days of delivery to you provided that you have  contacted us with the details of  the damage and wait for us to confirm that you should ship it back to us for repair. Item must be securely cushioned in hard sided box.

Please note that in some unique cases a specific stone or component may no longer be available to complete your repair … should this occur we will work with you in hopes to find a satisfactory solution.
